Magnolia - Nikon D40 with 55mm lens
How I would love to have dahlias and peonies growing in my yard. Alas, Florida is not a friendly place for such blooms. But since Mother Nature is quite fair, she lets me have magnolias and gardenias, instead.

Thanks, Angie. I really wish you all could smell these beauties. The magnolia has a sharp, lemony scent and the gardenia smells sweet, like pure summer.
Wow, those flowers are gorgeous! You're lucky too because they smell so good! We have both peonies and dahlias but I don't believe they smell as good.
